Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-08-20
These Terms govern access to the ExtHub website operated by ExtHub and the purchase of optional Pro subscriptions tied to listed browser extensions.
The service
ExtHub publishes a catalog of browser extensions and offers optional paid Pro subscriptions per extension. Installing an extension from the Chrome Web Store is separate from buying Pro on ExtHub.
Many extension features work locally in your browser. Pro unlocks are determined by ExtHub subscription status for your account.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Email verification may be required before checkout. Changing email requires confirmation from both the current and new addresses.
Subscriptions & pricing
Pro plans are priced in USD (for example monthly and yearly options shown on each extension page). Checkout may settle in UAH via the payment provider using a conversion rate set for ExtHub.
A subscription is active until its paid end date. You may cancel renewal; Pro features remain available until that end date.
We may change future prices; changes apply to renewals after notice on the site or at checkout, not retroactively to an already paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse ExtHub, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt billing, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Do not redistribute paid Pro entitlements or share account access in a way that circumvents billing.
Intellectual property
ExtHub branding, site content, and software we publish remain our property or that of respective right holders. Extensions may have their own licenses and Chrome Web Store listings.
Disclaimer
ExtHub and listed extensions are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every extension feature will meet every need.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under mandatory law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExtHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of ExtHub or an extension.
Our aggregate liability related to a paid subscription is limited to the amount you paid to ExtHub for that subscription in the three months before the claim, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
