Public offer (paid services)

This public offer is an official proposal by ExtHub (“Seller”) to any capable person (“Customer”) to conclude a contract for paid ExtHub Pro digital services on the terms below. Paying for a plan on ExtHub constitutes acceptance of this offer (and of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refunds & Cancellation policy).
Subject
The Seller provides access to Pro features for a selected browser extension for a paid period (monthly or yearly, as shown at checkout), linked to the Customer’s ExtHub account.
Price & payment
Prices are displayed in USD on ExtHub. Payment is made through the connected acquiring provider (for example Monobank). The charged amount may be converted to the settlement currency (for example UAH) at the rate used by ExtHub/checkout at the time of payment.
The service is considered provided for the paid period once payment is confirmed and Pro status is activated for the account.
Delivery
Delivery is digital: Pro entitlement appears in the ExtHub account and is available to authorized extension clients that check subscription status.
Chrome Web Store installation of the extension is the Customer’s responsibility and is separate from this contract.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation and refunds follow the Refunds & Cancellation policy published on ExtHub.
