Refunds & Cancellation

Cancel anytime (period end)

You can cancel a subscription from your profile, subscription list, or the extension page. Cancellation stops future renewal.

After you cancel, Pro remains available until the already paid end date. We do not immediately revoke access for that paid period.

Digital service nature

Pro is a digital service that unlocks features after payment is confirmed. By completing checkout you request immediate performance of the digital service.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, did not receive Pro access after a successful payment, or are entitled to a statutory cooling-off / withdrawal right in your jurisdiction, email mayzervan9@gmail.com promptly with the account email, extension name, and payment date.

We review requests in good faith. Where a refund is approved, it is issued through the original payment method / provider flow when possible.

As a baseline for discretionary goodwill refunds (without limiting mandatory rights): first-time Pro purchase, request within 14 days, and clear billing error or inability to use Pro due to ExtHub fault.

When refunds are usually not issued

Remaining unused days after a mid-period cancellation (access continues until the paid end date).

Change of mind after extensive use of Pro features for that period, except where law requires otherwise.

Issues caused by unsupported browsers, incorrect account login, or Chrome Web Store installation problems unrelated to ExtHub billing.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to suspension of the related account or subscription.
